CR4VE Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CR4VE (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

CR4VE is operated by It Junior Software Ltd, Ireland ("CR4VE", "we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using CR4VE, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. User content

The Service allows you to upload profile photos (avatars) and exchange messages and media with other users ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant CR4VE a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to post or send User Content that:

• Is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory
• Violates privacy or intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, phishing, or harmful code
• Includes explicit content involving minors

We review avatars before approval. We may review messages or media if they are reported by users.

5. Safety, moderation, and reporting

We provide tools to block users and report content. We may remove content or restrict accounts if we determine it violates these Terms or creates safety risks.

When you report content, we may preserve message snapshots and related data to investigate and enforce these Terms. Blocking can remove chats and interactions between users, but reports may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

CR4VE is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, contact local authorities.

6. Third-party services

CR4VE uses third-party services to provide the Service (for example, authentication and media storage). Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

7. Subscriptions and billing

CR4VE offers paid subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Pricing, billing cadence, and renewal terms are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and are managed by your app store account.

You can cancel at any time via your app store settings. Refunds and billing disputes are handled by the app store provider unless required by law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for commercial solicitation without our consent
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Interfere with the Service or its security
• Scrape or reverse engineer the Service

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use presents legal or safety risks.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not verify the identity of all users. Use caution when interacting with others.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CR4VE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
